Nikhil Sathe is an Operating Partner with BGSA.

Nikhil brings over three decades of insight to BGSA as a 3PL thought leader and domain expert in asset-light transportation and logistics. With over 25 years of executive experience—including CFO and COO roles at high-growth logistics firms in the U.S. and Canada—he offers a rare combination of operational leadership and financial expertise.

Nikhil’s background spans leading organizations such as Genpro, Kelron Logistics (acquired by XPO), and Air Express International in South Africa, providing him with a truly global perspective. He has worked across the logistics spectrum, from freight brokerage and forwarding to warehousing and fulfillment.

For more than a decade, Nikhil has also excelled as an investment banker, most recently as Managing Director at Bravura Partners. His ability to bridge operational insight with financial strategy makes him a trusted advisor and the ultimate deal closer. He has also held advisory and leadership roles at KPMG, Logisyn, and Armstrong & Associates.

Nikhil’s educational background includes a CA from India, a CPA from the United States, and an Executive MBA from Queen’s School of Business in Canada. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from Pune University.
