Roberto Pareja is a Director with BGSA. He joined BGSA in 2022. Roberto has over 15 years of corporate finance experience in M&A and advisory work with financial institutions, consumer products, agribusiness, and technology companies.

Prior to joining BG Strategic Advisors, Roberto worked with Austral Partners, an emerging markets advisory firm and was an associate at JP Morgan’s Latin American Investment Banking Group in NYC. Roberto started his career in the Corporate Advisory Group of UBS AG in Miami, FL.

Roberto holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University.
