Todd Wilson is President of BGSA Holdings, bringing more than two decades of experience advising companies in the transportation and logistics sector on complex financial and strategic transactions. Over his career, he has established and led investment banking practices at global firms, advised on landmark transactions across maritime, aviation, rail, and logistics, and partnered with founder-owned, private equity–backed and public businesses to drive growth and strategic transformation.

Before joining BGSA, Todd founded Sunningdale Advisors, providing M&A and corporate finance advisory services to middle-market transportation companies. Previously, he served as Managing Director and Head of Transportation & Logistics at both DC Advisory and Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, where he built and led global sector coverage and advised on multiple transactions, including growth capital investments and strategic advisory mandates across forwarding, supply chain management, and marine services.

Prior to that, he spent four years at Jefferies, ultimately serving as Managing Director and head of its maritime practice, where he executed more than 25 transactions for clients in the international and domestic shipping industry. He began his career at Barclays, where he helped develop its transportation franchise into a top-ranked platform in the Americas, advising on transformative transportation sector transactions.

A recognized leader in transportation finance, Todd has been a frequent speaker at international maritime and logistics conferences and has built longstanding relationships with executives, owners, and investors across the industry.

He holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Economics and Business from Kalamazoo College.
