BGSA Holdings Announces Appointment of Nikhil Sathe as Operating Partner

BGSA Holdings, LLC (“BGSA”), a leading strategy-led investment banking firm focused exclusively on the supply chain sector, today announced the appointment of Nikhil Sathe, a seasoned finance and supply chain executive, as an Operating Partner.
In his new role, Nikhil will spearhead targeted business development and growth initiatives at BGSA, and help execute a series of strategic expansion ideas, with an initial focus on opportunities in the trucking and brokerage sectors.
Nikhil brings more than 35 years of leadership experience in transportation, logistics, and finance. He previously served as CFO and COO of Genpro, a logistics and freight transportation provider, and as CFO and COO of Kelron Logistics (acquired by XPO), a leading freight and logistics company, where he played a key role in driving significant growth and operational scale. In these roles, he led strategic finance, M&A integration, and operational transformations across global logistics platforms. More recently, he has held senior advisory and M&A leadership roles at firms such as Armstrong &Associates & Logisyn Advisors. Widely regarded as a 3PL thought leader, Nikhil has successfully led buy-side and sell-side engagements, strategic transformations, and M&A initiatives across North America and internationally.
