Alexei Sorokin is a Managing Director with BGSA. He joined the firm in 2023 and leads all aspects of the firm’s strategic advisory engagements.

Alexei’s career spans investment banking (Morgan Stanley), business and corporate development roles in Silicon Valley, and entrepreneurship.

Alexei received a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
