Jennifer Alfaro brings more than 25 years of expertise in strategic communications, operations management, and event coordination to her role as Director of Operations at BGSA. Jennifer joined  BG Strategic Advisors in 2009, and since then, has been leading day-to-day operations while driving high-impact communication strategies that fuel brand growth. As Conference Director for the BGSA Supply Chain Conference, she curates top-tier speakers and secures key sponsors, reinforcing BGSA’s leadership in the supply chain industry.

Previously, she led business development and marketing at Intellivision and served as the Director of Public/Tenant Relations at Blue Lake Management where she was instrumental in repositioning the former IBM complex – a 1.7 million square-foot facility – into a state-of-the-art commercial business park in Boca Raton, Florida.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Fordham University.
