Shai Greenwald has been a pivotal part of BGSA since 2002, where he leads all business development initiatives. With over 20 years of industry experience and exceptional global C-suite connections, Shai collaborates closely with clients to implement effective growth strategies. His vast industry experience enables him to source investment opportunities and advise on critical M&A transactions, including the NavTrac sale to Loadsmart, Werner’s global freight forwarding sale to Scan Global Logistics, NFI’s acquisition of CAI Logistics, and Clover Telecom’s sale to Linx Partners. Additionally, Shai oversees the firm’s market intelligence and research efforts, publishing the BGSA Supply Chain Index on a monthly basis.
Before joining BG Strategic Advisors, Shai honed his expertise at FleetBoston Financial and EMC, where he spearheaded organizational development and process improvement initiatives. He began his career as an executive recruiter at Heidrick & Struggles.
Shai holds an MBA from Boston University Questrom School of Business.
