Financial and technology solutions company Triumph on Wednesday said it has acquired truckload spot pricing technology provider Greenscreens.ai for $160 million in cash and equity.

According to the SEC filing, the purchase price will be $140 million in cash and $20 million in TFIN stock, subject to customary closing conditions.
